The hotel appeared charming upon arrival, and the staff was friendly upon check-in. There were a couple of complimentary items left in the room which was helpful and they offered a shuttle service to some key locations in town which was useful.

The room was barely cleaned during the stay. Towels were not replaced, and there was a lack of hot water in the shower.

We had a really great stay with friendly staff who warmly welcomed us. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, with large parking and amazing pool. Our room was tidied every day, and A/C was excellent. Despite the minor setbacks, we appreciated the quality of the food from the restaurant. The bathroom was clean, but could use more lighting. We were also impressed by the staff's attentiveness.

There was a rooster which started waking me up early at around 4 am, which was pretty annoying. The WiFi was very spotty and almost unusable at times.
